Jamshedpur: Tata Main Hospital (TMH), Jamshedpur, has launched TMH Saathi, a dedicated 24×7 helpline platform developed in partnership with M/s Digitide, a professional call centre service provider.
The initiative was announced during a media interaction held in the presence of Dr. Vinita Singh, General Manager, Medical Services, Tata Steel.
Earlier, TMH operated an in-house telephonic desk for OPD appointment bookings during limited hours. With the launch of TMH Saathi, the hospital has transitioned to a professionally managed and integrated support platform designed to deliver seamless, accessible, and patient-centric assistance round the clock.
Accessible at 033 6902 2333, TMH Saathi will provide 24×7 support across hospital services, including TMH clinics, TMH Tinplate, and Arogya Bhawan Health Check-up Centre. The helpline will facilitate OPD appointment bookings, rescheduling requests, patient feedback, complaint management, and other support services through a single contact point.
The new platform is aimed at ensuring faster response times, efficient query handling, structured complaint resolution, and an improved overall patient experience.
Speaking on the initiative, officials from Tata Steel Medical Services highlighted that TMH Saathi reflects TMH’s continued commitment towards strengthening healthcare accessibility and responsiveness through service excellence and technology-enabled systems.
