The Tinplate Andhra Club occupies a place of pride in the heart of the local Andhraiites, Established in 1924. The Tinplate Andhra School has come a long way, from a humble beginning to carving out a niche for itself in various fields’ viz. education, social, cultural and philanthropic activities, in the Steel City.
The path towards progress has not been a bed of roses. Its only because of your support, priceless efforts and sacrifice of our predecessors, and the sustained endeavors of the present generation Andhraiites, that we have been able to cross one milestone after another, and come thus far.
The year 1947, as in the history of the country, remains one of the most eventful yeas in the annals of the Tinplate Andhra School. It was the year that the Andhra Club’s Hindi medium co-education school took wings, over the years. Presently 400 plus students are studying from the local community.
We are serving the community students in study program, but it is difficult for us to take the construction work in addition to study program support. As mentioned in the foreground, the contribution of Mr. Raghubar Das and funding towards constructing the hall in the past has been one of the key factors facilitating our march towards progress.
