Jamshedpur, Jan 28: On the occasion of Achla Saptami, rituals on the manifestation of Lord Bhaskar Suryadev, Mahabhishek, Shringar, Havan and Aarti of Suryanarayan were performed at a prayer meet organized at Suryadham in Sidgora. National BJP Vice President Raghubar Das, the chief patron of the Sun Temple, was the chief host of Achla Saptami prayer session that was conducted with Vaidic mantras. Akhilesh Chaudhary, General Secretary of the Mandir Committee was also present during the prayers. After prayers consecrated food (Mahaprasad Bhog) was distributed among devotees present. Other members of the Surya Mandir Committee who organized the Achla Saptami prayer session included Amarjit Singh Raja, Pramod Mishra, Kanchan Dutta and Shashikant Singh.
