Jamshedpur: The jawans of 106 RAF Battalion at Sundernagar launched a cleanliness drive under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan on Tuesday.
The event was organized at the main administrative building premises of RAF. The jawans wore masks and cleaned the premises with brooms.
Addressing the jawans, senior RAF officer Ashwini Jha said the RAF members were already aware of the importance of cleanliness.
He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had launched the nationwide cleanliness drive to make every individual aware and responsible towards their duty to keep the country clean.
Those present during the event included VV Ghosh, GC Kalundia, SS Munda and Chandan Diggi.
