Jamshedpur, August 5: R.D. Tata Technical Institute of Golmuri organized a welcome ceremony for the batch of 2015.
The event was put up by computer and mechatronics students, who performed a yoga memory technique dance, songs and various other items that kept the audience entertained.
The event commenced with a lamp lighting ritual by the chief guest Shubhankar Purkayasth, principal of NTTF Burmamines and guest of honour Lt. Col. K.V.Nair.
The guests addressed the students on importance of technical education & administrative rules. Satish Joshi threw light upon the academic rules of the institution.
Several cultural events like fashion show and ramp walk charmed the audience. The audience at some items even chanted encores.
The event ended with dinner for all. Contributions & management by Ramesh Rai, Rachna, Lovely Bedi, Sushma Kumari, Tarakeshwar Mal, Manish Kumar, Manzar, Rasool Khan and Suresh Sharma were praiseworthy.
