Jamshedpur, August 5: Friendship Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of August.
Keeping this in mind, Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Femina celebrated Friendship Day with the underprivileged students of Shiksha on Wednesday.
Members of the club provided friendship bands and sweets to the children which were tied by the children among themselves.
A talk on friendship and being loyal to friends was given by Vinita�Sarawgi. On the occasion President of the Club Sonal Agrawal distributed sweets among the children.
They were also told many stories of great friendship form Indian history and mythology like Krishna and Sudama, Rama and Vibishan.
It was very knowledgeable and informative for them. Many underprivileged we’re benefitted.
