Punam Vig reelected ‘Samadhan’ president

Jamshedpur, Feb 20: A new committee of social organization, ‘Samadhan’ was formed at meeting held in Bistupur. Punam Vig was unanimously reelected president of the organization. The other officials elected unanimously in the presence of  Chief Patron Dinesh Kumar, Patrons Mahendrapal Kaur Bhatia and Punam Sahu included Bina Khirwal and Amita Mahendru (Vice Presidents), Ramesh Khandelwal (Secretary), Harjit Bhatia and Kiran Sau (Joint Secretaries), Kuljit Sadana (Treasurer), Ashish Gulati (Joint Treasurer), Ankit Anand and Amarjit Singh Raja (Press and Media), Dr Neelam (Medical and Health) and Anil Sinha (Legal Adviser).

Chief patron Dinesh Kumar observed that ‘Samadhan’ had rendered several humanitarian services even in the midst of COVID-19 waves including a mass marriage programme during which 71 girls from financially weak backgrounds were married. He said that ‘Samadhan’ was braced up to undertake several social programmes. President Punam Vig said that programs like organizing free medical camps, blood donation camps, providing water through water tankers, free distribution of wheelchairs and other humanitarian activities would be lined up shortly.
