Jamshedpur: Bhumij primary book was released during a function organized at Trilochan School in Chholagora at Parsudih.
A cultural programme was also held on the occasion. The guests of the programme were Sanjeev Sardar, Zila Parishad member from South Potka, Bengali writer Sunil Kumar Dey, Dulal Chandra Das and writer Swapan Kumar Sardar.
The function started with the invocation of Lord Ganesha.
Speaking about his book, the author Nishith Kumar Das said the book would be greatly helpful for students as Hindi and English words were included in it.
The focus of the book is giving knowledge to primary students about Bhumij, Hindi and English languages.
The programme was conducted by teacher Bhagvati Soren. A vote of thanks was proposed by Sadamati Hansda. A large number of students and villagers were present during the function.
