Jamshedpur: President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Jamshedpur today, February 26, 2026, receiving a grand welcome. Following her arrival, she proceeded directly to the site of the upcoming Shri Jagannath Temple and Spiritual Center on Marine Drive (Anil Sur Path) in Kadma.
The President participated in the Bhoomi Pujan (ground-breaking ceremony) with deep devotion, overseeing all the rituals. The ceremony was conducted by a group of priests specially brought from the Jagannath Dham in Puri.
