Jamshedpur, July 1: East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla directed district officials to implement all projects and schemes by preparing work plan and setting their priorities. He asked them to focus on water storage and conservation, Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana, Kamal Club registration and projects funded by the 14th Finance Commission.

Addressing block development officers (BDOs) and Circle Officers (Cos) at Jamshedpur Collectorate auditorium, Shukla said a work plan for the next two months should be made and thereafter priorities should be listed before implementation begins. He said the officials should utilize their capacities to their best and ensure that the development and welfare projects reach the people. He said every possible support and infrastructural need would be fulfilled in all blocks of the district.
The DC said action should be taken against those spreading rumours about Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in rural areas. He further said that a programme is to be organized from 1st July to 15th July for water storage and conservation in the villages. A coordination committee would be set up at district level in this regard, he said.
