Seema Agarwal to head Jamshedpur branch for 2026–2028 term

Jamshedpur: The Jamshedpur branch of the Marwari Mahila Manch held a grand oath-taking ceremony on Tuesday at Shri Agrasen Bhawan in Sakchi for the 2026–2028 tenure.
Former National President Lata Agarwal administered the oath to newly elected Jharkhand State President Prabha Padia and her team, followed by the swearing-in of Seema Agarwal as President of the Jamshedpur branch along with her executive members. The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Mukesh Mittal, President of the Purvi Singhbhum Zila Marwari Sammelan.
The program began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a welcome address by outgoing President Rani Agarwal. The event was conducted by Secretary Meena Agarwal, while Treasurer Manju Musaddi delivered the vote of thanks.
The Jamshedpur branch was honored with 20 awards at state and national levels, reflecting its active contribution and excellence. The newly formed state and local committees include several key office Bearers who would lead future initiatives.
The Jharkhand State team included State president Prabha Padia, secretary Manisha Mittal, treasurer Lalita Saraiwala, vice presidents Madhu Bakrewal, Kiran Goenka, and Sadhana Devralia, and joint secretary Madhu Narnolia. The Jamshedpur Branch team comprised of president Seema Agarwal, secretary Kanchan Khirwal, treasurer Saraswati Agarwal, vice presidents Manju Musaddi and Meena Agarwal, and joint secretary Shilpi Agarwal.
Present to witness this memorable moment were dignitaries associated with various organizations of the Marwari community, including Jaya Dokania, Lata Agarwal, Beena Khirwal, Manju Khandelwal, Beena Agarwal, Sushila Khirwal, Seema Jawanpuria, and Vibha Dudhani.
The ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation from members across various branches, including Koiladungri, Gamharia, Parsudih, and Sundernagar.
