Potka MLA raises Bagbera garbage issue in Assembly

Jamshedpur, March 22: Potka MLA Sanjeev Sardar raised the issue of garbage disposal pertaining to Bagbera in the Jharkhand Assembly on Wednesday. He sought a reply on the issue. He said large mounds of garbage were lying here and there in the various panchayats of Bagbera. He said no land had been earmarked for the disposal of waste in Bagbera.

“I want to know if the government wants to dispose the garbage so collected in Bagbera or not. I want to know about the steps taken by the government in this regard,” said the legislator. The MLA said there was no permanent system for waste disposal in the seven panchayats of Bagbera. As a result, garbage was seen lying here and there, he said.
