Ranchi, March 22: A day after Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren laid a foundation stone for beautification of Tapovan Temple in Ranchi, members of different Shri Mahavir Mandal invited him to partake in Ramnavami procession to be held on March 30.
Incidentally, on Tuesday chief minister had laid the foundation stone of beautification work of famous Tapovan Temple at an estimated cost of Rs 14.67 crore.
Members of Shri Mahavir Mandal, Ranchi Steering Committee and Shri Mahavir Mandal, Ranchi city committee met Hemant Soren in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly and invited him to participate in the grand procession of Ram Navami on March 30.
The committee members urged the Chief Minister to shower flowers by helicopter on the devotees involved in the procession as per the tradition that has been going on for the past several years. They presented an idol of Shri Hanuman to the Chief Minister as a symbol of Ram Navami.
On this occasion BJP MLA C.P Singh, deputy commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishor Kaushal and president of Mahavir Mandir Mahanagar Samiti, Mr. Kunal Ajmani were present.
Similarly, a delegation of Yuva Ranchi Mahanagar Ram Navami Puja Samiti also met the Chief Minister today.
They invited the Chief Minister to inaugurate the stage of the committee on the Ranchi Main Road on March 29 on the occasion of Ram Navami festival. On this occasion, the chairman of the committee Nandkishore Singh Chandel and other senior members were present.
