Pilot accuses company official of �torture�

Jamshedpur: A Tata Aviation pilot Amanjeet Singh Heer has lodged a court complaint against some Tata Steel officials in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate AK Vaisya while alleging that certain company officials were mentally harassing him for a mistake he had made on duty.

Speaking during a press conference at his residence at Kadma Link Road, Singh said he had made no complaint against the Tata Steel management and the MD TV Narendran.

He said several officials down the management hierarchy were �torturing� him mentally due to some mistake he had made on duty on 4th September 2013 last on way from Jamshedpur to Kolkata.

He said his pilot licence may be cancelled if he does not fly at least 10 hours every six months.

He said his wife too, is a Tata Steel employee. Heer has lodged a court complaint under Section 420, 406 and 506 of IPC through his advocate Hamid Raza Khan.
