Pickup van hits bike, two injured near Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, June 7:  A pickup van rammed into a bike on Tuesday morning on the Chakulia-Dhalbhumgarh road under Chakulia police station area of ​​East Singhbhum district. The pickup van bearing registration number JH-05 CU 3453 and the bike bearing number WB 50 D 0250 have been seized by the Chakulia police. Six-year-old Ratan Tudu and 28-year-old Karthik Tudu received serious injuries as a result of the collision. Another lady and child were also riding on the motorbike. The villagers took the two injured to the Community Health Centre in Chakulia where, after providing initial medical aid were referred to a Jhargram hospital for better treatment. The bike riders were reportedly residents of Parihati in West Bengal. The driver of the pickup van, Rahul Pal, had been taken into police custody.
