Patriotic dances and song mark R-Day at RVS Academy

Jamshedpur, Jan. 28: India�s 71st Republic Day was celebrated with great pomp and show in R.V.S. Academy on Sunday, January 26. The day commenced with flag hoisting by the chief guest Bharat Singh, Secretary of the school, Shakti Singh, executive member of the school, Mitali Roy Choudhury, Principal and Veesha Mohindra, Vice Principal of the school. The National Anthem was sung in all its solemnity. The students saluted and pledged to uphold the honour and integrity of the Nation. The chief guest in his speech asked the students to learn the value of sharing and caring for the underpriviledge section of the society, choose a goal according to their interest. He also requested the parents to inculcate positive attitude in their wards and �feel proud to be the citizen of India. Students performed different patriotic group dances and also sang patriotic song. The day ended on a sweet note by distributing sweets to the children.
