Jamshedpur, Aug. 16: Ardent fan of bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit and social worker, Pappu Sardar unfurled the national flag at Kids Paradise Play Group School in Barinagar, Telco and near Bagunhatu Mansa Mandir on the occasion of 71st Independence Day on August 15.
At the event students of the Play Group School presented colourful cultural programme were patriotic songs and dance was staged.
After unfurling the tricolour, Pappu Sardar remembered the martyrs who laid down their lives fighting for an Independent India.
He urged the students to derive inspiration from the great leaders of the country. Later, Pappu distributed prizes among the students who performed on stage. The event was organised by Dawat-E-Millat.
