Chaibasa, Aug. 16: Municipal Chairperson Neela Nag unfurled the national Flag at the premises of Municipal Council, Chaibasa on the auspicious occasion of 71st Independence Day on 15th August.
Later, sweets were distributed among the people and wished each other. The function was attended by Vice chairman Mithlesh Thakur, Executive office Narendra Narayan and locals in large numbers were present.
