Orientation program held at Tata Motors MTC for new permanent employees

Jamshedpur: An orientation program was organized at the Management Training Centre (MTC) of Tata Motors in Jamshedpur for newly inducted permanent employees. The two-day program aims to provide insights into personality development, workplace safety and essential domain knowledge.

Present at the inaugural session were Tata Motors Workers’ Union President Shashi Bhushan Prasad, General Secretary R.K. Singh, GM of ER, CSR and Skill Development Saurmik Roy and GM of Transmission Division Subhashish Das. They welcomed the new employees, extending their best wishes for a successful and secure career with the company.

The orientation also included sessions on safety procedures, Tata Group values and work ethics. Departmental leaders shared motivational insights to prepare the employees for their professional journey within Tata Motors. The event highlighted the company’s commitment to employee growth and workplace preparedness.
