JDU delegation meets Jamshedpur Power GM over electricity woes in Ulidih

Jamshedpur: A delegation from Janata Dal (United), led by Ulidih Police Station President Praveen Singh, met the General Manager of JBVNL on Thursday to address multiple electricity-related issues in the Ulidih area. The delegation submitted a memorandum listing several unresolved problems including incomplete cabling and pole installation in Jawahar Nagar Road No. 4 and 6.

The party also highlighted the need for a 200 kVA transformer on Post Office Road, Krishna Nagar; repair of sagging wires and new poles in Ripit Colony; and a pending power connection from a newly installed transformer in Ramkrishna Colony. In Mahavir Colony, three additional poles were requested, while urgent cabling work was demanded for Kunwar Singh Road. A new 200 kVA transformer and poles are also required in New Kumharum and Samta Nagar needs four more poles. High tension wire issues near Vikas Vidyalaya, Mango, were also discussed.

The GM assured that all concerns would be addressed promptly. Present during the meeting were JD(U) District Secretary Vinod Singh, District Spokesperson Akash Shah and members Jitendra Prakash Singh, Manoj Gupta, Sanjay Singh and Sachin Kumar.
