Opportunity for ITI and Diploma holders: TSDPL announces recruitment drive

Jamshedpur: Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited (TSDPL) has opened recruitment for ITI and diploma holders, offering promising opportunities at its Kalinganagar plant. The recruitment drive prioritizes employees currently working as contract employees in TSDPL, granting them preference in securing positions.

Applicants meeting the minimum qualification and experience requirements will be considered for placement in the new grade. Successful candidates will be integrated into the company’s payroll at the Kalinganagar plant, with medical and other allowances provided as per the zero-based DA system and applicable conditions.

Interested candidates can submit their applications until November 30th, 2023, through the official website https://tsdpl.azurewebsites.net/. During the application process, candidates are required to upload essential documents, including a residential certificate, registration in the local employment office, copy of gate pass (for contract employees posted in TSDPL), Aadhar card, educational qualification certificates, age certificate (Aadhar card, matriculation certificate), among others.

It’s crucial to ensure that the provided information is complete, and the forms meet the specified criteria; otherwise, incomplete or ineligible applications will be rejected. The selection process involves an online written examination conducted through an agency, followed by an interview. Applicants surpassing the minimum cut-off score in the written examination will proceed to the interview stage.
Shortlisted candidates who successfully qualify in the written examination and interview will undergo a medical examination. The issuance of appointment letters is contingent on passing the medical examination from medical institutions authorized by TSDPL.

Contract Employees working in TSDPL: Diploma or ITI or Non-ITI
TSDPL Employees Ward: Diploma or ITI or AITT Pass
Other Candidates: Diploma or ITI or AITT Pass
Age limits:
Contract Employees working in TSDPL: No Age Limit
TSDPL Employees Ward: Not more than 30 years
Other Candidates: Not more than 28 years
