Online hotel guest police verification facility launched in Jamshedpur, SSP promises cooperation 

Jamshedpur Hotel and Restaurant Association and City Police take initiative 

Jamshedpur, June 21: An Online Hotel Guest Police Verification facility prepared by Jamshedpur Hotel and Restaurant Association and Jamshedpur Police was launched by Jamshedpur’s Senior Superintendent Prabhat Kumar on Wednesday. This new service was introduced at a function organised at Hotel Ramada.

On this occasion, President of Jamshedpur Hotel and Restaurant Association, Ravish Ranjan said that under the new service,  email IDs have been provided by the Jamshedpur Police, under which the hotel operators will be able to provide all the guest related information to the police through email. Hotel operators will save Rs 40 lakh annually with this new facility. 

With the implementation of the new system, hotel guests will no longer have to go through the old manual authentication process, saving both time and hassle for guests and the police. He said that the new system would not only streamline the process but also improve the experience for the guests visiting the city. Jamshedpur Police have also appointed a nodal officer with a dedicated phone number that hotel guests can contact in case of any problem.

Jamshedpur’s Senior Superintendent of Police Prabhat Kumar assured to provide all kinds of cooperation to the Jamshedpur Hotel and Restaurant Association.

On the occasion, past presidents and senior team of JHRA, Rajiv Dugal, Anil Khemka, Smita Parikh, Prabhakar Singh, Ritu Kapila, Nawal Khemka were present.
