Jamshedpur: A youth died and two others have suffered a serious injuries after their car trying to save a motorist crashed a concrete barricade near Pathipani village under Bodam police station.
Police have identified the deceased as Ghono Mahali, 21, a resident of Kharsawan.
The deceased’s friend, Umesh Mahali told the police that they were travelling towards towards Dak Bungalow when a biker riding his bike in zigzag format appeared in front of their car.
According to police, the Umesh further told the police that to save the bike, sudden brake was applied and in process Ghono lost controls over the wheels and hit a concrete barricade.
The police with help of locals rushed the injured to MGM Hospital, where doctors announced Ghono being brought dead.
