Jamshedpur: Bistupur police here on Saturday arrested one Ganesh Behra, a by-six employee of Tata Motors, in connection with the alleged theft of silver coins and watches from the store of Tata Motors Jamshedpur Plant.
Police recovered two silver coins and four watches on the basis of information furnished by the accused.
Eariler, a case was lodged against Vikas Kumar, Shalini Tirkey, Ganesh Behra, Nandlal Mahato and one more company employee in connection with the theft of 596 silver coins and 20 watches. The theft was discovered during an audit by the company.
Police meanwhile arrested Ishak Ansari alias Kismat Ansari and Vineet Kumar Singh alias Vicky in connection with an incident of mobile phone loot.
