Ramgarh: The OMQ team won the Inter-Divisional Hockey Tournament organised by the Sports Department of Tata Steel in Jamshedpur. Eight divisions of Tata Steel participated in the tournament.
The hockey team of West Bokaro defeated Supply Chain 3-0 and made it to the semi-finals. In the semi-finals, West Bokaro team defeated Shared Services 1-0 and entered the finals.
The final match was played between OMQ and West Bokaro in which OMQ team won 1-0 and West Bokaro team was the runner-up.
On this occasion, the chief guest of the function, Rohit Prasad, Head, Administration, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel, honoured the winning and runner-up teams with trophies and prizes. Anurag Dixit, General Manager, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel, honoured the players of West Bokaro Division team at the GM office premises and wished them a bright future.
