Jamshedpur: District BJP president Dinesh Kumar on Monday asked leaders of the Other Backward Caste (OBC) front of the party to increase their booth level activities as soon as possible. He said the OBC front should hold booth level meetings and expand its various committees by inducting more members in each area across the district.
The BJP president was addressing the OBC Morcha members during a meeting convened at the Sakchi office of the party under the chairmanship of district OBC president Gopal Prasad Jaisawal.
Jaisawal informed everyone about the activities of the OBC front and stressed on expanding activities in booth areas ahead of the 2019 elections. He said much was being done to strengthen the party at the grassroot level.
Among those present at the meeting included Kishore Sahu, Dilip Kumar, Srikant Dev, Rajeshwar Sahu, Sanjeet Prasad Chourasia and Prashant Poddar.
