No alcohol at Jamshedpur picnic spots, loudspeakers within limits

Jamshedpur, December 14: SSP Kishore Kaushal instructed all police station in-charges to send surveillance proposals to the accused in more than two cases under Arms Act and extortion.

In the monthly crime review held in the Deputy Commissioner’s office auditorium, the SSP asked to upload the passport application on the portal within five days and directed for immediate action within 30 minutes of complaints received through dial 112 of ERSS and inform the officials.

SSP gave instructions to identify new black spots and make people aware to stop theft of two-wheelers.

For the safety of picnickers, boards will be installed on the reservoir and river banks. Police station in-charges have been instructed to ensure that there is no consumption of alcohol at the picnic spot and that the sound box is not played loudly.
