Jamshedpur, Apr 24: The Fine Arts Club of NIT Jamshedpur, FACES, has once again proven its artistic excellence at UTKANSH ’25, a renowned techno-cultural fest hosted by NIT Jalandhar from April 10 to 13. The event saw fierce competition from 37 esteemed institutions, including NIT Kurukshetra, IIT Delhi and LPU, among others.
Representing NIT Jamshedpur, Shivam Bit and Yashwant Kishan participated in a total of 14 fine arts events, winning an impressive collection of medals. Shivam claimed one gold, two silver and four bronze, competing in seven events, while Yashwant earned one gold, two silver and one bronze from five events.
The FACES team’s exceptional performance reflects their creativity, dedication and artistic talent. “This victory reflects the hard work and commitment we’ve put into honing our skills,” said Shivam Bit. Their achievements have brought immense pride to NIT Jamshedpur, reinforcing the club’s legacy of excellence in the arts and inspiring future generations of artists at the institute.
