Jamshedpur, Aug. 12: The National Afforestation and Eco Development Board (NAEB) was set up in August, 1992 for promoting afforestation, tree planting, ecological restoration and eco-development in the country.
To commemorate this, the G.K club members (Std VI to Std XII) of Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) organized a host of events in the school premises on Friday.
A quiz contest on environment, conservation and tree plantation drive was held. The theme of the event was �Green India, Greener India�. Students in large numbers participated in the drive and quiz contest.
