Jamshedpur, Feb. 2: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) celebrated the ‘Youth Day’ at the school campus on Tuesday.

An extempore competition was held where the students spoke on different topics related to leadership, education, peace and harmony in the world. The students prepared charts on leaders who struggled for peace, such as Swami Vivekananda, Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Kailash Satyarthi, and Malala Yousufzai.

The aim was to spread awareness amongst the students about the contributions of the world leaders to resolve conflict through non-violent and peaceful means.

Speaking on the occasion, a student Prachi Bhartia talked about the leadership of Swami Vivekananda. She said that Swami Vivekananda inspired the youth of India to ‘Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.’
