Folk dance of Spain, India staged at Tarapore KG Nite

Jamshedpur, Feb. 2: The Annual KG Nite at Tarapore School was organized at the school campus on Tuesday.

It was a special evening where every student of the kindergarten got an opportunity to perform and showcase their talents on stage.

This year, the KG night was a special one, having been a part of the International School Award for the first time. As part of the ISA, the tiny tots of the kindergarten performed folk dances of Spain and India. This was a great learning experience for them.

Anu Tiwary vice-principal, Baug-e- Jamshed, chairman Beli Bodhanwala and Mrs. Bodhanwala also graced the occasion.

The parents witnessed the talent of their little children on stage, which motivated and encouraged the little ones to put up their best.

Principal of the school said through all these activities children learnt more about the traditional dance forms of India and Spain.

It develops their fine and gross motor skills, besides bringing out the similarities in the two cultures.
