NDRF recovers body of student from Satnala Dam Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, June 1: On Friday, the lifeless body of 16-year-old student Aman Yadav, a resident of Bhuiyandih Gwala Basti in Jamshedpur, was recovered by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team from the depths of Dobo Satnala Dam on Saturday. Aman had accompanied three friends to the dam for a bath, where he tragically drowned.

Despite strenuous efforts on Friday, Aman’s body remained elusive. However, on Saturday, spurred by the initiative of MLA Saryu Roy, the NDRF team was summoned to commence search operations. After two hours of relentless endeavor, the NDRF successfully retrieved Aman’s body, prompting a wave of grief among his family members.

MLA Saryu Roy stood alongside the distraught family throughout the operation, offering solace and support.
