Jamshedpur, Oct 22: The new rural SP of East Singhbhum district, Nathu Singh Meena, took charge from City SP Subhash Chandra Jat on Friday. Earlier, Meena arrived at City SP’s office on Friday morning where he welcomed City SP.
Nathu Singh Meena previously held the post of Chakradharpur SDPO. It is worth mentioning that the post of Rural SP in East Singhbhum district was vacant for last two years.
City SP Subhash Chandra Jat had been given the additional charge. The state government issued a notification a couple of days back and appointed Nathu Singh Meena to the post of rural SP in East Singhbhum district.
