Jamshedpur: Newly-appointed Jamshedpur Mahanagar president of BJP Nandjee Prasad was felicitated at the party�s city office on Friday.
He was welcomed by the committee members on his arrival at the party office in the morning.
Addressing party members, Prasad said he would try his best to keep the party united and ensure its victory in the Assembly elections.
Former district president of BJP Rajkumar Srivastava handed a bouquet to the new party president and expressed hopes for his bright tenure.
He said the party leadership had chosen the right candidate to substitute him as his tenure was near its end.
