Jamshedpur, Feb 4: On the occasion of World Cancer Day, doctors and senior officials of Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital (MTMH), the only cancer hospital in the state, were honored by Namya Smile Foundation.
Kunal Sarangi, founder, Namya Smile Foundation felicitated cancer warrior doctors and senior officials of Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital (MTMH).
At the event Kunal said, along with Covid, thousands of people are also battling deadly disease like cancer. These doctors have taken care of cancer victims even during the pandemic by risking their own life for this people of Jharkhand including Jamshedpur will always be indebted to them.
From last year, we have started a program to honor the doctors and officials of Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital as a mark of respect for their dedication.
On the occasion Medical Oncology Consultant Dr Tamojit Chaudhary, Radiation Oncology Consultant Dr Aditya Prakash, Palliative Care Consultant Dr Pradeep Kulkarni, Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr Abhishek Thakur, Dr Shashank, Dr Khushboo, Dr Prem Prakash and other doctors were present.
From Namya Foundation Nikita Mehta, Nidhi Kedia, Purnendu Patra, Krishna Thanky, Amit Kumar and others were present of the event.
