Jamshedpur, June 21: Jusco School South Park in association with Sri Rangilo Shyam Sevak Sangh organised a Yoga Camp for students and parents to commemorate the International Yoga Day on 21st June.
A total of 250 people including the students, parents , teachers and staff of JSSP & members of the Sri Rangilo Shyam Sevak Sangh participated in this camp on Sunday morning.
The yoga expert , Mrs Archana Gautam from �The Art of Living� along with her volunteers guided the students, teachers and parents of JSSP through a series of asana. She also explained the importance of these yogasanas in stabilizing the body, mind and emotions of an individual.
Principal Mrs. Shovna De, Vice Principal Mrs. Mili Sinha , Coordinator Miss K. Jaishree and Mrs Soma Banerjee along with all teachers and staff also joined to perform the yogaasanas on this occasion. Mrs. Shovna De requested everyone present to practise yoga everyday as it makes one feel active, energetic and positive.
