Jamshedpur: Sitting MP and BJP candidate from Jamshedpur Lok Sabha constituency Bidyut Baran Mahato Friday visited the remote interior villages of East Singhbhum and requested voters to support him a second time. He was accompanied by the MLA of Ichagarh Sadhu Charan Mahato. He spoke to local women and sought their feedback on the performance of the Central and state governments. He said various Central government projects such as Ujjwala Yojana, PM Awas Yojana and Ayushman Bharat were highly popular and successful schemes. He said the BJP governments were Antyodaya-centred.
Mahato slammed the Congress party for pushing the poor people into poverty.
