Jamshedpur: Students of Interact club of Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) visited �PATH� (People for The Advancement of the Handicapped) with their teacher in-charge Suchitra Ghosh to celebrate friendship day. Friendship Day, a day for celebrating friendship falls on August 5, 2018.
Students of both the school tied friendship band and exchanged small band as gifts which were specially made for occasion. A small interaction session was also held with an aim of understanding the various hobbies that special children cultivate. Interestingly Vishwadeep Mukherjee is a good Tabla player while Shivanshu is a footballer, PATH students happily interacted with students of MNPS and promised to participate in the school’s forthcoming event �PRAYAS�.
This was a good learning experience for the interact club members. According to Nupur Sinha of class XI (Commerce), �This experience has made me understand how privileged I am, and how students who are deprived make the best use of opportunities provided to them�.
