Jamshedpur, August 3: During Zero Hour in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly on Thursday, Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Rai raised the issue regarding recognition of Jamshedpur Co-operative Law College, Jamshedpur.
He urged the speaker of the assembly to instruct the government in this regard to get the recognition of the independent law college in the cabinet.
Jamshedpur Co-operative Law College was established 22 years ago, but still it has not got the recognition of Law College. The file regarding recognition of it as a law college on the terms of the Bar Council of India is pending in the Higher Education Department for a long time.
