Women’s Day event ‘Mitti Ki Khushboo’ on March 15, Mannat Noor to be chief guest

Jamshedpur: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Unity organization has announced a special cultural and felicitation programme titled “Mitti Ki Khushboo,” scheduled to be held on March 15. The event aims to celebrate women, their achievements, and their contribution to society through a blend of culture, music, and recognition.

Sharing details, Unity coordinator Lovely Gill said the programme will feature a range of cultural performances and will honour women who have made a mark in different fields through their talent and dedication. She added that the event is being organised specially to mark Women’s Day and to provide a meaningful platform that highlights women’s strength and creativity.

A major attraction of the programme will be the presence of popular Punjabi singer Mannat Noor as the chief guest. Mannat Noor rose to fame with her hit song “Long Laachi” and enjoys a strong fan following across the country.

Members of the organisation said that “Mitti Ki Khushboo” is not merely an entertainment show but a sincere effort to acknowledge and celebrate the role of women in society. The programme is expected to convey strong social messages along with vibrant cultural presentations.

Several dignitaries will be invited to the event. The venue will be finalised soon and details will be shared through social media platforms. Entry to the programme will be through free passes, which will be available from March 1.

Those present at the press conference included Lovely Gill, social worker Chanchal Bhatia, Aarav Sagar, Jagjit Singh, Manisha Bhuiyan, Daljit Singh, Tushar Das Gupta, Jagjit Singh Jaggi, and other members of the Unity organization.
