Missing Jamshedpur man Rakesh returns home after 11 days

Jamshedpur, May 20: Rakesh Ranjan, 30, resident of Mango Sahara City, who went mysteriously missing on 9th May last, has been recovered from Chaibasa (West Singhbhum) after 11 days. He was reportedly found walking alone at a public place, sources said.

Sources said Rakesh had set out of his home for morning walk in the morning of 9th May. Thereafter, he went missing and could not be traced despite best of efforts of his family till he was finally found in Chaibasa, sources said.

Police officials had got CCTV footage of Rakesh near Mango bus stand on 9th May last, but they could not find him there. A search was launched for Rakesh in various localities of the city. A Chaibasa resident informed Rakesh’s family members on 19th May last that they had seen Rakesh around the town. Soon, Rakesh was brought back to Jamshedpur by his family members, cops said.
