Jamshedpur, Feb 16: Jharkhand Health and Disaster Management Minister Banna Gupta stopped near the Sakchi end of the Jubilee Park gate to take a break from his busy schedule and have a Kullhar (Terracotta clay cup) of delicious and rejuvenating tea.
A group of girls out to visit several Saraswati Puja city pandals on Basant Panchami saw the Minister and requested him for a selfie. Banna Gupta readily obliged them.
