Jamshedpur: The Bharatiya Vipnan Vikas Kendra (CBMD) related Swavlambi Jharkhand Micro Welfare Development Centre (SJMDC) distributed small loans to 45 women cottage industry entrepreneurs at its local office in Jamshedpur.
Industrialist and social worker Kulwant Singh Bunty, guest on the occasion observed, �This is a major step by Swavlambi Jharkhand to distribute loans to women to enable them to be self dependent on the income plane, �and to the women beneficiaries he advised, �You should utilize the loan in a well planned manner and widen your small business into a bigger unit and earn more independently thereby giving society a new direction.�
Guest Dinesh Sonthalia told the women beneficiaries, �The image of a woman is not enhanced by availing of a loan but it grows taller when the loan is used to increase your cottage industry and your income and then repay the loan. By joining this finance institution, you can become a strong woman industrialist and avail of bank loans and further expand your business, and your family�s financial status. Moreover you will be able to repay the availed bank loan and create a good impression on the bankers.�
The centre�s chairman, Murlidhar Kedia urged the women to invest the loan amount carefully. �You should ensure that this loan will enable you to increase your income and also repay your loan,� he stated.
Centre�s director Manoj Kumar Singh and Bandeshankar Singh also spoke on the occasion. The vote of thanks was offered by director Ashok Goyal. The event was anchored by Rakesh Pandey.
Apart from the loan beneficiaries, a large number of Swadeshi Jagran Manch officials were also present on the occasion.
