25 Years of Bhajan Sandhya is a Divine Journey Made Possible by the City’s Love and Blessings: Kale
Former MP Pashupati Nath Singh to receive Sangh Seva Ratna Award
Jamshedpur, August 1: The city is all set to witness a grand celebration of devotion and culture as Har Har Mahadev Seva Sangh gears up to host the 25th edition of its iconic Bhajan Sandhya on the evening of August 4, 2025, marking the last Monday of the holy month of Sawan. The silver jubilee event will take place at the Sakchi Gurudwara Ground at 6:30 PM, with popular bhajan singer and Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari set to enthral the audience once again with his soulful devotional performances.
Addressing a press conference, Amarpreet Singh Kale, Founder-President of Har Har Mahadev Seva Sangh, described the 25-year journey of Bhajan Sandhya as “a wonderful and supernatural experience.” Expressing deep gratitude towards the citizens of Jamshedpur, he said, “We have been able to reach here only with the love, support, and blessings of the people of this city.”
This year’s event is being planned on a grander scale to mark the silver jubilee. A concrete pandal has been erected at Sakchi Gurudwara Ground with seating arrangements for thousands of devotees. Entry will be free, as always, but controlled through gate passes distributed by the Sangh to ensure proper management and security. The Sangh has urged devotees to take their seats on time, especially as the front rows are reserved.
The program will begin with bhajans by local artist Krishnamurthy and his team at 6:00 PM. This will be followed by a brief felicitation ceremony before the main performance by Manoj Tiwari, who will be accompanied by his full musical ensemble. This marks the seventh time that Tiwari will be performing at the Sangh’s Bhajan Sandhya.
A massive ice Shivling in the form of Baba Barfani will be installed at the entrance of the venue, where the event will begin with a traditional puja. The evening will conclude with a grand aarti. Devotees will also be offered free bhog prasad, drinking water, and tea during the event.
Kale said, “For the past 25 years, our Sangh has organized this event with the support of thousands of devotees, volunteers, and well-wishers. The silver jubilee is not just a celebration—it’s a tribute to the collective spirit of Jamshedpur.”
Kale also confirmed that extensive preparations are underway, including electrical decorations across Kalimati Road, a grand stage setup, and arrangements for fire safety and traffic regulation. He expressed gratitude to the district and police administration for their cooperation and support. The Sangh is working in coordination with the Deputy Commissioner, Senior Superintendent of Police, City SP, SDO, Traffic DSP, and Fire Brigade officials to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
As part of the celebrations, the Sangh will also present its prestigious Sangh Ratna and Sangh Seva Awards, recognizing individuals for their exceptional contributions to society.
