Jamshedpur, May 7: One Arun Godar alias Varun was arrested for allegedly molesting a minor girl and threatening her in Kadma police station area on Saturday, police said.
Cops said the minor’s family members had registered a case against Godar for frequently harassing the girl. When the minor and her family opposed his moves, the accused entered their hosue and started molesting and intimidating her, said Manoj Thakur, officer in-charge of Kadma police station.
The accused had also allegedly stolen a mobile phone while leaving the minor’s house, cops said.
