Jamshedpur, July 16: The state president of Youth JD (U) Nirmal Singh in a meeting today distributed new responsibilities to party executives in view of the forthcoming Vidhan Sabha elections. Mamata Kumari was made the state secretary-cum-party in-charge Chaibasa. The other office bearers given new responsibilities in the process of committee expansion were Vikas Singh (state general secretary �cum-in-charge Saraikela and assistant in-charge Jamtara), Sagar Kumar (YJD (U) state spokesperson-cum-in-charge rural Ranchi and Ramgarh), Ravindra Dev Charan (state secretary-cum-Garhwa in-charge), Devnath Singh (state secretary-cum- in-charge Chaibasa), Kaushal Singh (media in-charge Kolhan-cum- Giridih and Bokaro in-charge), Suman Pandey (Dhanbad and Hazaribag in-charge), Vipin Singh (state secretary-cum-Deoghar in-charge and Pakur assistant in-charge) and Gaurav Kumar (Jamshedpur in-charge).
