Jamshedpur, June 14: Empowering society’s underprivileged women with economic independence is big work and showing them the path of employment is a commendable initiative, said former MP Suman Mahato.
She was addressing the gathering at the certificate distribution function of Sana Welfare Foundation’s free stitching center in Bagunhatu Community Hall.
State incharge of the foundation Babita Devi told about the motive of the foundation and the upcoming projects. At the function BJP district president Dinesh Kumar and JVM general secretary Abhay Singh distributed certificates among 50 women.
Founder of Sana Welfare Foundation Azhar Maqsud said that the foundation was formed to help empower society’s underprivileged women with economic independence.
Present on the occasion were Kamar Sultana, Reena Choudharym Savita Singh, Kiran Kaur and others.
