Seraikela: Seraikela residents had a harrowing day yesterday due to load-shedding. Low voltage caused further problems right from 4 pm onwards.
As a result, frequent power cut was witnessed in the area. Both power and water supplies were affected adversely as a consequence. The people have demanded restoration of normal power and water supply.
