Seraikela: The much-touted Amrit Dhara Scheme has proved to be a dud in Seraikela where water crisis is preventing its successful implementation.
A drinking water outlet was opened at the Old Bus Stand. In the summer season, it becomes difficult for the outlet managers to provide water to the people. The outlet was set up by Marwari Mahila Samiti, Seraikela branch.
