Literary programs to be organized by Tata Steel Urban Services

Jamshedpur, June 12:   A meeting was convened on Wednesday at the Tata Steel Urban Services in which prominent litterateurs were present. The meeting, chaired by the Head of Urban Services, J Xavier Topno, included Keshav Kumar Ranjan and Gururbari Hembram.  Jainandan, Ahmed Badr, Dr. Yahiya Ibrahim, Anwar Adeeb, Dr. Azad, Gauhar Aziz, Rizwan Aurangabadi, and Syed Sajid Parvez were among the litterateurs present. The meeting was organized by Dr. Hasan Imam Malik.

Decisions made during the meeting included organizing condolence meetings for two Hindi and Urdu litterateurs, a Kavi Sammelan and Mushaira programme for local poets, followed by Akhil Bharatiya Kavi Sammelan and Mushaira. These programs were scheduled to commence at the end of this month and conclude by September. A committee was formed for organizing these programs. The committee will be chaired by Urban Services Head J. Xavier Topno, with Keshav Kumar Ranjan as vice-chairman and Dr. Hasan Imam Malik as the convener. Jainandan will oversee the organization of the Hindi program, while Dr. Mohammad Reyaz will head the Urdu programs. Tata Steel will honor two litterateurs during these events.

Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, Jainandan, and Keshav Kumar Ranjan expressed gratitude to Tata Steel for the invaluable contribution to literature. Dr. Hasan Imam Malik extended the vote of thanks.
